개인정보처리방침

KMC FOUNDATION(이하 "회사")은 SEMIX(semix.co.kr) 서비스를 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보

  • 필수: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화되어 저장되며 회사도 알 수 없습니다)
  • 선택: 이름, 전화번호, WeChat·WhatsApp·Telegram ID, 레터 수신 언어
  • 구글 로그인 시: 구글 계정의 이메일 주소와 이름
  • Prime 구독 시: 송금한 TRON 지갑 주소, 거래 ID(TXID), 구독 기간
  • 구매·판매 신청 시: 신청서에 입력한 품목·수량·조건 등 거래 정보
  • 자동 수집: 로그인 유지와 언어 설정을 위한 브라우저 저장 정보, 접속 기록

2. 이용 목적

  • 회원 가입·로그인, 본인 확인(이메일 인증번호)
  • Daily Letter·Prime Letter 및 서비스 안내 메일 발송
  • Prime 구독 입금 확인, 기간 관리, 만료 안내
  • 구매·판매 신청 검토와 거래 정보 제공
  • 문의 응대, 부정 이용 방지

3. 보유 기간

회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 기록(예: 대금 결제 기록 5년, 소비자 불만·분쟁 처리 기록 3년)은 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.

4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전

서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체의 서비스를 이용하며, 이 과정에서 정보가 해외 서버에 저장될 수 있습니다.

  • Supabase Inc. — 회원 정보·데이터 저장, 로그인 처리
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — 웹사이트 호스팅
  • Google LLC — 메일 발송(Gmail), 구글 로그인, 광고(AdSense)

회사는 위 목적 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 쿠키 및 광고

사이트는 로그인 유지와 언어 설정을 위해 브라우저 저장소를 사용합니다. 또한 Google AdSense 광고가 표시될 수 있으며, Google은 쿠키를 사용해 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 브라우저 설정이나 Google 광고 설정에서 이를 거부할 수 있습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 마이페이지에서 자신의 정보를 확인·수정할 수 있으며, 아래 이메일로 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 및 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

비밀번호 암호화, 접근 권한 제한(관리자만 회원 정보 열람), 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)를 적용합니다.

이 방침이 바뀌면 사이트에 공지합니다.

KMC FOUNDATION ("we") operates SEMIX (semix.co.kr) and handles your personal information with care, in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws.

1. Information we collect

  • Required: email address, password (stored encrypted; we cannot see it)
  • Optional: name, phone number, WeChat/WhatsApp/Telegram ID, preferred letter language
  • Google sign-in: the email address and name of your Google account
  • Prime subscription: the TRON wallet address you paid from, transaction ID (TXID), subscription period
  • Buy/sell requests: item, quantity, terms and other details you enter
  • Automatically: browser storage for keeping you signed in and remembering your language, access logs

2. How we use it

  • Sign-up, sign-in and identity verification (email codes)
  • Sending the Daily Letter, Prime Letter and service notices
  • Confirming Prime payments, managing periods, expiry reminders
  • Reviewing buy/sell requests and providing deal information
  • Answering inquiries and preventing abuse

3. Retention

We delete your information without delay when you close your account, except records we must keep by law (e.g. payment records for 5 years, dispute records for 3 years), which are deleted after that period.

4. Service providers and overseas transfer

We use the following services, and your data may be stored on servers outside Korea.

  • Supabase Inc. — member data storage and authentication
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting
  • Google LLC — email delivery (Gmail), Google sign-in, advertising (AdSense)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for any other purpose.

5. Cookies and advertising

The site uses browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. Google AdSense ads may appear, and Google may use cookies to serve them. You can opt out in your browser or in Google Ad Settings.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your information in My page, and you can ask us by email to access, correct, delete or stop processing your data, or to close your account.

7. Security

Passwords are encrypted, access to member data is limited to administrators, and all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS).

KMC FOUNDATION（以下简称"本公司"）运营 SEMIX（semix.co.kr），依照韩国《个人信息保护法》等相关法律，妥善处理用户的个人信息。

1. 收集的个人信息

  • 必填：电子邮箱、密码（加密保存，本公司无法查看）
  • 选填：姓名、电话、WeChat／WhatsApp／Telegram ID、简报接收语言

  • 提交采购／销售申请时：品名、数量、条件等交易信息

2. 使用目的

  • 注册、登录及身份验证（邮箱验证码）
  • 发送 Daily Letter、Prime Letter 及服务通知
  • 确认 Prime 付款、管理期限、到期提醒
  • 审核采购／销售申请并提供交易信息
  • 处理咨询、防止不当使用

3. 保存期限

会员注销后立即销毁。但依法需保存的记录（如付款记录 5 年、纠纷处理记录 3 年）在相应期限届满后销毁。

4. 委托处理及境外转移

为运营服务，本公司使用以下服务，相关信息可能存储于韩国境外的服务器。

  • Supabase Inc. — 会员数据存储、登录处理
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — 网站托管
  • Google LLC — 邮件发送（Gmail）、Google 登录、广告（AdSense）

除上述目的外，本公司不会出售或向第三方提供个人信息。

5. Cookie 与广告

本网站使用浏览器存储来保持登录和记住语言设置。网站可能显示 Google AdSense 广告，Google 可能使用 Cookie 投放广告。您可在浏览器或 Google 广告设置 中拒绝。

6. 用户权利
