이용약관

1. 목적
이 약관은 KMC FOUNDATION(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 SEMIX(semix.co.kr, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
2. 서비스 내용
서비스는 반도체(메모리·GPU·AI 서버 등) 시세와 거래 정보를 회원에게 제공하는 정보 서비스입니다. Daily Letter는 모든 회원에게, Prime Letter와 구매·판매 신청은 SEMIX Club Prime 회원에게 제공됩니다.
3. 회원 가입
이메일 인증 또는 구글 로그인으로 가입할 수 있습니다. 다른 사람의 정보로 가입하거나 허위 정보를 입력해서는 안 됩니다.
4. Prime 구독과 결제
- 요금은 사이트에 표시된 금액(USDT, TRON 네트워크)이며, 회사가 입금을 확인하고 승인한 시점부터 구독 기간이 시작됩니다.
- 구독 중에 연장하면 남은 기간 뒤에 이어서 더해집니다.
- 디지털 정보 서비스 특성상 승인 후에는 환불되지 않습니다. 잘못된 주소나 네트워크로 보낸 금액은 회사가 책임지지 않습니다.
- 기간이 끝나면 자동으로 일반 회원(Member)으로 바뀝니다.
5. 정보의 성격과 책임
서비스가 제공하는 시세와 거래 정보는 참고용이며, 정확성이나 거래 성사를 보장하지 않습니다. 회사는 거래 당사자가 아니며, 회원 간 거래와 그 결과에 대한 판단과 책임은 회원에게 있습니다.
6. 금지 행위
- 레터 등 서비스 내용을 회사 동의 없이 복제·재배포·판매하는 행위
- 계정을 다른 사람과 공유하거나 양도하는 행위
- 허위 거래 정보 등록, 서비스 운영 방해, 법령 위반 행위
위반 시 회사는 사전 통지 후(긴급한 경우 즉시) 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 해지할 수 있으며, 이 경우 남은 구독 기간은 환불되지 않습니다.
7. 서비스 변경·중단
회사는 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사이트에 미리 알립니다.
8. 탈퇴
회원은 언제든지 이메일로 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
9. 준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 회사 소재지 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

These terms set out the conditions for using SEMIX (semix.co.kr, the "Service"), operated by KMC FOUNDATION ("we").
2. The Service
The Service provides members with semiconductor (memory, GPU, AI server, etc.) prices and deal information. The Daily Letter is for all members; the Prime Letter and buy/sell requests are for SEMIX Club Prime members.
3. Membership
You can join with email verification or Google sign-in. You must not register with someone else's details or false information.
4. Prime subscription and payment
- Prices are as shown on the site (USDT on the TRON network). Your period starts when we confirm and approve the payment.
- If you extend during an active subscription, the new period is added after the remaining one.
- As a digital information service, payments are non-refundable once approved. We are not responsible for funds sent to a wrong address or network.
- When the period ends, your account automatically returns to Member.
5. Nature of information and liability
Prices and deal information are for reference only; we do not guarantee their accuracy or that any deal will close. We are not a party to any transaction, and members are responsible for their own decisions and deals.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Copying, redistributing or selling letters or other content without our consent
- Sharing or transferring your account
- Posting false deal information, disrupting the Service, or breaking the law
We may restrict use or terminate membership after notice (immediately if urgent); any remaining subscription is not refunded.
7. Changes and suspension
We may change or suspend the Service as needed and will announce important changes on the site in advance.
8. Closing your account
You may ask to close your account by email at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court with jurisdiction over our location.

本服务向会员提供半导体（内存、GPU、AI 服务器等）行情及交易信息。Daily Letter 面向全体会员，Prime Letter 及采购／销售申请面向 SEMIX Club Prime 会员。
3. 会员注册
可通过邮箱验证或 Google 登录注册。不得使用他人信息或虚假信息注册。
4. Prime 订阅与付款
- 费用以网站显示金额为准（USDT，TRON 网络），本公司确认收款并批准后开始计算订阅期。
- 订阅期内续订时，新期限接在剩余期限之后。
- 由于数字信息服务的性质，批准后概不退款。转错地址或网络造成的损失，本公司不承担责任。
- 期限届满后自动恢复为普通会员（Member）。
5. 信息性质与责任
本服务提供的行情和交易信息仅供参考，不保证其准确性或交易一定成交。本公司不是交易当事方，会员之间的交易及其结果由会员自行判断并承担责任。
6. 禁止行为
- 未经本公司同意复制、转发、出售简报等服务内容
- 与他人共享或转让账户
- 发布虚假交易信息、妨碍服务运营或违反法律
如有违反，本公司可在通知后（紧急情况下立即）限制使用或终止会员资格，剩余订阅期不予退款。
7. 服务变更与中止
本公司可根据运营需要变更或中止服务，重要变更将提前在网站公告。
8. 注销
会员可随时通过邮件申请注销。
9. 准据法
本条款适用大韩民国法律，争议由本公司所在地有管辖权的法院解决。
